Mexican food is incredibly diverse and differs greatly from one location to the next.

The red pozole is made with red sauce, such as guajillo or ancho. The green pozole is made with green components like jalapenos or pepitas. There is no green or red sauce in the white pozole.
3. Aztec Soup
Tortilla soup is another name for this dish. This simple tomato soup contains avocado, cheese, cream, chili pepper, and tortilla. They all offer a lovely flavor and a dash of color to the soup.
4. The Menudo
Pancita or mole de panza are other names for this Mexican dish (meaning stomach sauce). It's a popular remedy for hangovers.
This dish consists of soft, well-cooked cow stomach, red chilli, and hominy. Onion, lime, cilantro, spicy salsa, tortillas, and oregano are used to make it. A refreshing beverage is usually served with the menudo.
5. Sopa de Lima, (Lime Soup)
Sopa De Lima is the answer to everybody who has ever pondered what chicken and tomato soup would taste like. It's a spicy chicken and tomato soup with habanero chiles, tortilla chips, and lime juice, of course. The Sopa De Lima is a delectable dish.
