Publisher Nduka Obaigbena, has been caught on tape making jest of the Rivers State governor, Wike Nyesom, at his mother's burial over the weekend.
The gathering included the Sokoto State governor, Aminu Tambuwal and other dignitaries.
When he was given a microphone, he joked while hailing Tambuwal saying, “Governor of Sokoto, Tambuwal, Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party governors forum, Tambuwal Presidential candidate, Tambuwal Wike ‘lule’, Tambuwal Wike ‘lule’, Tambuwal! Wike ‘lule’, Tambuwal Future president, Tambuwal."
‘’Lule’’ is a yoruba word meaning fallen flat or failing.
Wike and the camp of the presidential candidate of the People Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, have been at loggerheads since the former lost the party's presidential ticket in May.
