Chrishell Stause and G Flip have confirmed their split after more than four years together, according to Just Jared and BuzzFeed, with a further update on October 29 about the legal status of their ceremonies.

The 45-year-old Selling Sunset star revealed the split in an emotional video posted to her Instagram account on Monday, October 26. "I have a pretty humbling update to share with you guys: G and I are no longer together," she said, according to BuzzFeed. "We have agreed to treat this public separation with love and respect for each other. That's not hard for me because I am in love with this person."

G Flip, 33, responded in a separate post: "After 4+ years Chrishell and I are no longer together," the Australian musician wrote, according to Just Jared. "I will always love her, we will always share a special connection and I cherish our memories together deeply." G Flip added: "My head & heart are feeling very heavy right now and I'm not able to talk but I want to thank you all for your support and appreciate you respecting our privacy at this difficult time."

Stause went on to say she did not have all the information and reasons behind the split, and that she felt "like a little bit of a failure." She added: "I'm definitely never doing this again, but I just felt like you guys deserved a little bit more than a cold written statement because you have been so supportive and so loving."

Reality Tea reported on October 29, citing TMZ, that Stause and G Flip were never legally married despite holding several wedding ceremonies, including Las Vegas in May 2023, a Palm Springs vow renewal later that year, a celebration in Australia in 2024 and a medieval-themed wedding in Los Angeles in 2025. Since they were never legally married, the former couple will not need to go through formal divorce proceedings, according to that report.

Stause's ex, Jason Oppenheim, also offered public support, writing: "I'm really sorry to hear this. I'm thinking of you and sending you my love." What happens next, for both of them, is private: healing, in Stause's own word, and time to make sense of a four-year relationship that played out, unusually, in public.
